REFUND POLICY

  • REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS LIVE/RECORDED: Due to seat Limiatations any workshop or offers provided as a complimentary with the workshop are NON REFUNDABLE under any curcumstances.
  • REFUNDS FOR SEAT BOOKING: NO REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS MEANT FOR SEAT BOOKING (AS OUR SEATS ARE LIMITED FOR ALL OF OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS)
  • Important! We send logins through emails and sometimes they might get into your spam box or promotions please check them if you still didn’t get your login info contact us – strictly no refunds for logins not received our team is here to resend your login details just in case you didn’t get it.
  • Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team (Sammy@privatelabelmachines.com) within 24 hrs. of the Service received by the customer.
  • We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 7 days and we will give you a full refund. Note The refund Applies Only If you haven’t used me (Sammy) for mentorship or product verification and you Have Completed Less Than 20% of Course Content and have not jumped around from module to module. What I mean by this is you can’t come into the course and immediately jump to the 5th module, watch it, go to other modules, download the templates you need, and then bounce once you get your information. The course is designed to start from the start and then work your way through the program. Course Manipulation is not tolerated. All Promotions/Discounted Purchases are Non-Refundable i.e Any purchases below Rs. 16,999 will be considered as Discounted Purchase.
  • All payments for 1-2-1 mentorships are non refundable under any circumstances.

EXCHANGES:

Only service exchanges are allowed. Services can be exchanged for a similar Prize.

You can Email Us at Sammy@privatelabelmachines.com within 15 Hours from Time Of Purchase. The details of the Exchange (Order number, Email, phone and Reason for Exchange) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your Service before the Service has been Provided. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of Online Payment.

Cancellation charges Rs.100 will be charged after the order is cancelled.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refund is provided for PREPAID orders only based on the refund policies stated Above.
  • Your refund will be initiated within 3 working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
  • Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

MODE OF REFUND

For both canceled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
